Suspected Aspie and i can't get official diagnoses

Hi I am almost 18 years old and i was born in Syria and i lived there for almost my whole life, and in Syria there isn't a lot of places(if any) that you can go to get a diagnoses for autism or Aspergers, but while i was searching for a reason for my bad handwriting, i stumbled across Aspergers with a link to a test for Aspregers: http://rdos.net/eng/Aspie-quiz.php I did the test and got this message and scores :"Your Aspie score: 154 of 200 Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 65 of 200 You are very likely an Aspie " Even though the test says that i am "very likely to be an Aspie", i don't have much of a problem socially(i am not a social person, but i can usually *manage* most social situations) I used to have a problem reading analog clocks when i was a kid, but my mother reproved me because of it and then i guess i just decided not to mistake it and i have been reading analog clocks normally ever since And my handwriting is very very bad(my reading is very good though) and is mostly unreadable (even though one of my brothers and uncle are very gifted painters, and most of my family have really good handwriting) I play with my fingers and hands a lot when i am not using them, When i go out in the sun my left eye closes automatically without intention, I have kind of a fetish for peeling scabs(i have this habit from when i first could remember) it doesn't matter if removing the scabs or anything like it(ANYTHING at ALL even Blisters and such) would hurt i cant help it I walk quietly and i speak quietly(sometimes people have problems hearing me and/or understanding me) And a lot of times people call me and i don't hear them, but i don't think i have a hearing problem I only have three *close* friends that i talk to every month or so Most people think that i am over polite(some kids in my building used to call me ""Thanks you" and "You're welcome") But i don't think i have any problem reading people emotions and intentions at all - i think -(at least now), And i don't have problems with eye contact(at least with my family and friends), i mean i mostly avoid it and sometimes it can get weird, but i don't remember anyone remarking anything about it I don't remember being obsessed about anything during my childhood(but i don't remember most of my childhood though(not even my mother does, i was a quiet child)) What i want to know is: - how much reliable is this test??(or any other test for that matter) - Can i *cheat* the test(wanting to be special maybe?!)?? - How can i be sure about having Aspergers without official diagnoses(do i even can?) I really want to get medical diagnoses, but where i live now(Saudi Arabia) there isn't anywhere that i can get reliable diagnoses from sadly, i don't have a problem whatever the result of the diagnoses is, i just hate to suspect it and not being able to make sure And thank you very much
